Terms of service
Last updated: October 25, 2026
These terms apply when you buy a service from ScaleSuit, a sole proprietorship based in Ontario, Canada. Each project also has a short written scope (your service agreement) listing exactly what we'll build; if the two differ, the service agreement wins.
What we do
We set up and configure software you use, mainly Anthropic's Claude and Claude for Small Business, connect it to your tools, build agreed workflows and train you to use them. We don't provide accounting, legal, tax or financial advice, and you remain responsible for checking and approving what any tool produces before it's sent or used.
Prices and payment
Prices are fixed and shown before you pay, in the currency stated. You can pay in full or in two parts (half at kick-off, half after training). Third-party subscriptions, such as your Claude plan or QuickBooks, are billed to you directly by those companies and aren't included in our fee.
Your accounts
Everything is set up in accounts in your name that you own and control. You give us access only for the work and can remove it at any time. Workflows, prompts and documents we create for you are yours to keep and use.
Support and response times
Setups include 14 days of support after training. We answer questions within 1 business day, fix or adjust workflows within 2 business days, and respond the same business day if something stops working. Care plan clients keep these response times every month.
Care plan
The care plan ($40 CAD/month, or $35 USD for US clients) is month to month. Cancel any time by email before your next billing date; there are no cancellation fees.
Guarantee and refunds
See our refunds and guarantee page.
Limits
Third-party tools can change or have outages outside our control; when that affects your workflows, we fix them within our normal response times. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Confidentiality
We keep everything about your business and your clients confidential and use it only to deliver your service.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
