Refunds and guarantee

The hours-back guarantee

At kick-off we write down how many hours a week your three chosen tasks take. At the 30-day review we measure again together. If your setup saves you less than 3 hours a week in total, we refund the full setup fee, and you keep everything we built.

To claim it, you need to have attended the training and used the workflows during the 30 days, and to ask within 14 days after the 30-day review. Refunds are paid back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Before work starts

If you change your mind before the kick-off call, we refund 100% of what you paid.

Care plan

Month to month. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. We don't refund partial months.

Digital products

Because downloads can't be returned, digital products are refundable within 14 days only if the file doesn't work as described and we can't fix it.

Third-party costs

Subscriptions you pay directly to other companies, such as your Claude plan, are handled under their own refund policies.
